Question four · where did the leverage come from?
Each non-zero lever gets a best-supported origin, evidence signals, and confidence. Unresolved is the honest default when the biography cannot distinguish self-built, advantage-enabled, earned, external, or mixed.

Rutenka was born in Minsk, Soviet Union, and began his professional handball career at Arkatron Minsk at age 16 in 1998. He won a silver medal at the Junior European Championship in 2000 and moved to Slovenian club RK Celje in 2001. His breakthrough came in 2004 when he won the EHF Champions League with Celje, finishing as the tournament's top scorer with 86 goals at age 22-23. He also represented Slovenia at the 2004 Athens Olympics. His exceptional physical attributes (198cm tall) and early professional immersion in the Belarusian handball system facilitated his rapid rise.
