Start with the advantages someone inherited or encountered. Then see the multiplying capacity they built, converted, earned, or met through timing. Starting position and later capability are different layers—and neither determines the finish.

The data shows a gradient, not a formula. T1 profiles average 8.9 in documented starting advantage and 13.6 in built or converted leverage; T4 profiles average 5.7 and 10.3. But their ranges overlap. A head start changes the available moves; it is not the same thing as later multiplying capacity. Luck, sequence, and the origin of each lever explain why matching totals still do not make matching paths.

Access, family context, institutions, geography, mentors, peers, tools, ability, and constraints shape the first available moves.

Built or converted leverage

Reps, scarce skill, distribution, teams, timing, focus, runway, and domain proximity create multiplying capacity. Its origin may be built, enabled, earned, external, or mixed.

Compounding trajectory

Repeated work, feedback, relationships, and well-timed decisions accumulate into a path that becomes difficult to copy quickly.

Observed career standing

The tier summarizes documented career recognition through the data cutoff. It is editorial, not calculated from advantage scores or a forecast.

Read before interpreting. Scores are analyst interpretations applied through a common rubric, not objective measurements.
