Evidence summary
Anthony Nesty's trajectory was accelerated by entry into the elite US swimming pipeline: he moved from Suriname to Bolles Prep School in Jacksonville, Florida, where coach Greg Troy guided him to break national prep school records. He competed at the Olympics at 16, then won Pan American gold at 19 and Olympic gold at 20. His small-country outsider status and move to the US swimming ecosystem were catalytic, though no family financial or domain background was documented.
